This hotel has been our favorite because of the staff for the last few years!
Good hotel that focuses on hospitality. Rare in this day in age. Whatever problem or concern was brought to the staff's attention was fixed quickly. The beds are very soft. The gym could use some upgrades in terms of equipment but it still functional. The breakfast buffet could use more variety in terms of preparing eggs and carbs in different ways
Very clean. Only part I disliked was having to wait nearly 5 minutes for service each time you go to the front desk because no one is ever up there. Overall great stay and I recommend.
Our check in was not completed immediately and another person checked in and also had our room and same key and walked in on us, 5 minutes after we checked in. The situation turned out ok but could have had drastic or embarrassing consequences. Also kids were roaming and dancing in the hallways with no adults after 10:30 pm. Overall need to be better
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Got good sleep for one night stay. Receptionist was not welcoming though. When you arrive tired a smiling reception and check in is important.

The hotel was adequate. Aome wear in the room. The shower had 2 co ditioners a d no shampoo. They were locked down.
Biggest problem. Was I was in for a funeral. Lots of kids teams running in the hallways, unacceptable loud music, lots of trash because of kids.
