My worst experience
It was my worst experience, it felt like there was a party in the venue, the lift in the room cannot switch off from the room, they made noise till 2am, from 2 am till 4am my neighbors was making a lot of noise and I had to check out at 4am. I paid for 2 nights and I only slept for 1 night, that place is horrible and not covid 19 compliance. No sanitizers and no one is wearing mask.

I chose Kamsa as it was a 4 star guest house. What a disappointment !! We rejected the first room offered. The second room wasn't much better, but we took it. Both bed lamps were faulty, and reported to Ruth who help us. There wasn't enough coffee and milk sashes 'and reported it. Some guests were having a "party" until 02H00 the next morning. No breakfast available either. This must have been a beautiful building before, but badly neglected and badly maintained. This is not a 4 star guest house ??? The online photo's are misleading which I based my decision on.
