Great spot on the water. Visited to do some scuba diving on the GBR. All the boats are a short walk from the pier. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Very quiet and staff were pleasant. My only negative is no ice machine

Friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast was fabulous. In room menu was most welcome when feeling tired and sweaty and not wanting to go out. Great choice of dining options. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience.

The hotel is very outdated, no open pool bar which my wife and I were very much looking forward to considering we were celebrating 20 years anniversary and no kids , I was also looking forward to the outdoor dining that was in the photos but was also no longer there . I don’t have mould on my own walls so I don’t expect that paying for a premium motel, in general they either need to update the hotel or update the photos online so people can make an informative decision on where to book , our view was the best part of our stay

Hotel was very average. Disappointing is the word. Reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel is in need of a major upgrade. Elevators had issues when you swiped your card to get to your floor. Views were beautiful is about the best I can give it.
