After booking this property I called them to arrange for the alternative check in time as I couldn't make it at their prescribed time. The gentleman who attended to my call was so rude to me, I even thought that he was drunk. I got so angry such that I ended up not going there and I booked an alternative accommodation. I basically lost my money

It is exciting staying in Waterfall guest house. It was my 2nd time staying there.Friendly staff as always , quiteness and more safe to stay. Will visit mor frequently.

The stay was good and everything was good , even the breakfast was 'Wow '.It was easy for me to attend my training daily and be on time.It is a very quite place if you need the quite moment also. I will book the place again.

It was quite good, the place is quite serene. For further improvement the executive room requires a reading table. Install a power socket for shaving in the bathroom.

Transferred to Villa Rosa, great value!
I booked at Waterfall Guesthouse but later that day I recieved a call relocating me to Villa Rosa in Midrand. Really clean place, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Villa Rosa is the one of the best guesthouses iv been too. Location is convenient, shopping center nearby.

i am not one to complain but no light bulbs in the lamp shades, no toilet paper in the bathroom. earrings and a necklace taken from the side table while at training on Tuesday 12 June. altogether not a great experience and will not be recommended. I have photo's of hair that was left in my cream jar and an opened beer can.
