Good but
The stay was fine. Only complaint is that it seemed there was people at the pool that were not guests. It would have been fine but they were rude. Paying 200 a night for a room, they should reserve pool for guests only.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn August 2nd through the 4th. Our check in process was smooth and easy! But when we got to our room a dirty magic eraser was sitting our bathroom countertop. There was also someone else’s food left in the mini fridge. To add the this, the sheets and blanket were itchy and there were large wet areas on the floor making the room smell like it had mildewed. My mother stayed at the hotel as well and said that the sheets on her bed smelled like someone else’s body odor.

I was not paying attention to the fact this is an animal friendly hotel and they allow animals everywhere. I had to listen to barking dog all night long. And I woke up with red itchy eyes and runny nose because I'm highly allergic to dogs and I believe I stayed in a room that dogs had stayed in. I had no way of knowing until I woke up sick. I really wish they would isolate animals to specific floors or at least warn patrons there may be residual pet dander in the room. I would not have chosen to stay there had I been aware.

The best part of my stay was by far the service!! The staff were friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. There were internet issues (certainly not the staff’s fault) and the building showed signs of aging but the price was good and the overall experience was very pleasant!!

definitely will stay here again!
The front desk person was awesome. We arrived very late to check in and we were greeted with a very friendly helpful person. The room was very spacious with all the amenities I expected to have according to the website description. The breakfast was just as good as the room was good. Friendly and helpful personnel everywhere.. This hotel is blessed to have these people working there.
