Please clean your aircon filters!
The bed was clean and comfortable. But it appears you haven’t changed or cleaned your aircon filters in years! I can get the strong smell of mildew (mold) from your aircon. Please get your housekeeping crew to clean/change your aircon filters thoroughly and more regularly and diligently from now on.

NOTE - Hotel expects a RM10 for 2 pax per night on top of what you paid in Expedia. Hotel staff said this is for the city tax. This wasn't made known to me by Expedia at all. Would be better if this was informed earlier and sorted out. Location - it's indeed very convenient location being just across the road from city square mall and walking distance to the Pasar Karat (Bazar JB). Condition of hotel - alot of wear and tear and some things/covers are missing. Housekeeping crew has done a relatively good job to keep the room and toilet relatively clean. If it bugs you to see rust or missing covers, pls dun book here then. Also, the pillows are way too soft.

Very convenient n close to City Square. Washing basin in toilet leaks.. Room interior is very classic n clean. Hall to the room is a bit smelly. Overall, it is a value for money staying.
