I like the convenience of having the water park and other amenities for the children on the property. The house keeping staff was very receptive and polite, however the front desk staff was not too receptive or friendly.

It was disappointing that part of the indoor water park was closed for maintenance during prime summer season. I appreciated the addition of two outdoor bouncy castles to help compensate as well as day passes for future use.

Staff was absolutely rude, check in system is extremely obsolete that it takes 15 minutes or more to check in 1 reservation and front desk clerks are super rude, you can tell they hate to work there, water park staff is just as rude I asked one of the staff members at water park where could I get towels and she rolled her eyes on me and screamed “don’t you see the desk there?” most of the water park was closed because it was broken and some due to construction, our last day the wave pool closed early not sure why, it was very ridiculous. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Room was clean but hallways stink… Do NOT stay there!!!

Not the best experience at check in, the front desk lady was not polite and a bit rude, except for her the hotel staff was wonderful. Watch for the “hidden” fees.. $200 deposit per room when checking in, PARKING FEE.!!! $25 PER NIGHT.!! Unbelievable!!! Half of the water park is not open, is under maintenance, they said. But the kids had a good time anyways. The building itself is in ok condition, the staff was great (except the front desk lady). But there is a lot to improve.

Didn't like that there were no lotion or hair shampoo and conditioner. Shower body was was labeled as all 3 but clearly it wasn't a hair conditioner. The water left our hair very rough and not soft at all.

Overall the hotel itself is clean safe and has great restaurant on site. Few issues with the water park when we went. Wave pool was broke, hot tubs broke and the main kids water park & dumping buckets broke as well so bit of a disappointment but made the best of it. Kids still had fun overall. Rooms r very big and staff are very nice. Cleaning crew work very hard and do a great job 👏. We will definitely stay here again when they have to park up and fully running.
