The first room we were given after a long drive in from El Paso was not cleaned. In fact, it appeared that someone still had their clothes on the desk. We refused to enter in the event that the tenant was. In the shower or something. The clerk super quickly changed our room. She was great. Very accommodating.

The stay was good. My only complaint was the cleaner smell was so strong I had to go buy an air freshener to put in the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience besides that.

The rooms are older but very clean. The AC doesn’t get the room cold but it’s tolerable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an “accessible “ room because my husband is a paraplegic veteran. Nothing about this room was accessible for a wheelchair. He could only get into half of the room. He couldn’t get to the refrigerator or to the bathroom at all.

Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Bedroom has some chips on the floor and room had strong smell of bleach upon entry. Some towels need to be replaced. Utensils and pastries were individually wrapped which was a pleasant surprise. Clean lobby and breakfast area. Great customer service.
