Okay except the two people who walked in to our ro
In general this is what one expects at this type of old tourist hotel. That said it was quite unnerving when someone walked into our room at 11:00 at night and also again at 9:20 the following morning. Thankfully we had the safety latch in place so they didn't get all the way into the room but it's obviously unnerving when you're sitting in your hotel room and twice people barge in. The shower didn't work which was annoying but the room was clean and it was generally quiet. I would normally have given this a better report but in almost 70 years of traveling I have never had two people walking to a room I was renting before

“Oyo” should read “oh-no!”
Dot, not feathers, run this place. Not trying to be mean, but this place was a mess. Custom service was horrible. They were not dressed to run a business. They are rude and the rooms are horrible. I just needed a place to rest my head, but it was a challenge to even do that. The TV did not work for whatever reason the refrigerator in the room was a full-size refrigerator, the crickets outside of your door are huge. The door was missing the security latch. The bathroom was dirty and so was the floor. The pictures on the website did not portray the room at all. I was supposed to get a king size bed and got two doubles and when I asked for the king size bed, he told me they didn’t have any yet. Very few people were staying there. It’s a $20 room at best.

It was a place to sleep for the night but that was about it. No wifi, cable was out during our stay, there were multiple items under the bed from previous guests I'm assuming. Room could have been much cleaner, was not as clean as in the pictures. Evidence of roach droppings on the wall

Everything was great from check in and into my room. I stayed for 3days/2 nights. I learned from another worker who had been staying at this location for a week that the staff goes into your room when you are not there all day they turn off your AC. They don’t like the AC to be running if the room is not being occupied. So if you leave the AC running throughout the day after 11 AM and you are not there for a few hours. They go and turn off your AC to conserve energy. Other than that everything else was good.

We chose this place because of the high customer rating, but there’s no way I would give this more than a reading of four or five. The guy at the front desk was nice enough, but everything else was awful.

I stayed at this MOTEL, not hotel, twice in the past week. The rooms have a really weird odor. Like old stale cigarettes and some kind of cleaning product to mask the smell. The mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable and to make matters worse it appears as thought they still use the same bedding as they were when it very first opened. Top blanket looked like it was from the 80s. The second stay was the WORST! I arrived after 10 pm and had brought my dog. They ended up giving me the last room on the property. That made me anxious because I’m a single female in this little town and there was no reason they couldn’t put me closer considering there were like 10 rooms between me and the closest occupied room. The door key didn’t work which wasn’t surprising because the door handle assembly could have probably pulled off the door. I went back to the office so they could address the key issue. Despite them not being able to open it they insisted on still putting me in that particular room until the key didn’t work a 3rd time they put me in the room next to it. This particular room stank like mildew, urine and stale cigarettes. I was so tired by the time I got in the room I just tried not to care because it took 30-45 minutes to check in. That’s when I decided to pull back the comforter and on the top sheet there were 3 mouse droppings and some other dirt. Most likely from the mouse who pooped in the bed. Against my better judgement I just wiped the bed out and went to sleep.
