"The location was great. It was very quit and the grounds were beautiful. The description was not clear, it did have two bedrooms (1 was very small) and it listed two bathrooms, only one was in the unit. The other was downstairs by the pool. Also the kitchen was not stocked well, especially glasses. ..."

"For a week's stay in Kailua, the Palm Villa made for a nice home away from home. The spiral staircase can be challenging for those with aging joints or challenged balance, but we made the best of it by unpacking/packing our suitcases downstairs and carrying the contents up and down in many trips. ..."
