I thought it was a great hotel for the price you pay for. Only complaint would be that the pool was green and the breakfast there was hardly an option.

The staff was as professional as they could be very apologetic. The condition of this building is completely unacceptable. There was bedbug in my bed at 4:24 in the morning loose toilets paint peeling carpet, and tile missing could not stay there a second night, and I will never stay there again. I hope that this is not a reflection of the entire company and just one building situation. Took videos of the entire room wish I could share them with you

Started out that no air conditioning in lobby. which also was very dirty and nasty. staff looks like they were there on work release from prison. was told my room was 245 and DO NOT GO PAST THAT ROOM. got to room and it was filthy, bathroom was nasty and towels and lines were stained. TV did not work, room smelled horrible. The door did not lock tight and i spent the night in a chair sleeping because i was afraid the bed was infested with bedbugs, 2nd time at a Wyndam hotel .Never again. I should of slept in my car.

The property is in dire need of an update. Aged and dirty furniture. Musty smell near entrance to the lobby. The rooms had a stale smell. One could hear noises from hallway and parking lot. Felt very uncomfortable staying there. First time ever in my life I checked out hours before the recommended check out time. The breakfast offered was a nice attempt to take care of the guests. A nice gesture. The staff were very friendly and kind. They pleasantly accommodated our request to change rooms and have our family near each other on he same floor. The staff was the only positive aspect of our stay. Hope the owners step up and make the necessary updates.

When we went to check in, the hotel didn’t have a room for us. They overbooked. Several customers were in the lobby complaining about their rooms. Smells and cleanliness. I had to book another room at the hotel across the street. The hotel STILL charged my card for the stay and is refusing to refund my money even though I did NOT stay because THEY ran out of rooms. STAY AWAY!!

The best part, the beds were comfortable. A little sketchy area though. Had homeless and drug users roaming around property. Had the cops there a few times while we stayed.

I booked this hotel cause it was cheap but as soon as I walked into the hallway of my floor, I smelled why. The smell was so bad in the hallway, I almost threw up. I had already checked in but once I told my husband about it, he immediately found us another room somewhere else and I checked right back out but because of their policy, I most likely won’t get my money back.

I check into the room and the door was not safe. The interior door lock was broken and I told the desk and she tried to move me to another room. I went and check out the room, it was unsafe. I stayed in the original room.

The police were taking someone out in cuffs when we first pulled up, there was trash all over, abandoned construction equipment laying around haphazardly, drug deals in the parking lot, inside smelled like urine and cigarettes... the only positive thing I will say was the staff were decent and didn't give me a hard time canceling the remainder of my reservation. That's the first and last time I stay there, never again!

We Drove like 90 minutes from Detroit tired all we want is to rest and have a nap as soon we got there I walk to the lobby so I can do the check in and as soon I walk in a bad smell hit me and looks dirty so I thought maybe the room is clean so I don’t care about out side so I did the check in and they give a room on the second floor and told me to take the elevator the elevator smell bad and I couldn’t find the room I went all the way around until I found and when I did the door was open and the room smell like cigarettes and smell dirty so I could not stay there so I went back to the lobby I told them that I can’t stay there she call the manager and u told them if I can get a refund they said they can only offer another room on the third floor. So I just left and start looking for another place

This place smells like urine and cigarette smoke. Blood on the wall of first room we were booked, bugs in the room and many stains as well, room window didn't lock, cigarette hole in the curtain of a nonsmoking room. Room light didn't work when we came in. I almost vomited in the hall from the all the different smells. This place also has long term tenents. Second room I saw was better but still had an awful oder. I've stayed at a different Baymont before without an issue what so ever. This is the only hotel I've ever left and couldn't stay in. The manager Erick is nice and seemed hard working, he said he's been there for 4 months and trying to turn the place around. I wish him the best.
