Short of staff in almost all areas!
The room was the best part of the stay, but 2 day stay with no housekeeping and only 1 coffee packet for a 2 person room. Casino and restaurants were terrible. I went to Hops 99 House (bar restaurant) no one there to seat people and found my own seat after 5 minutes. Only half the tables had people seated and most of the empty tables had not been cleaned up after the last guest. Then 20 minutes with no one to bring water, take an order. 30 minutes until I placed an order. Food was ok, time was better at 10 minutes. On the casino floor, no free cocktails. I went to a bar and ordered cocktail for $8 in a 9 oz plastic cup. If a waitress by it was $10 for the same. I ordered once and it was never brought to me. They closed the cocktail bar about 45 minutes after I ordered my cocktail. Urinals in most bathrooms were out of order and dismantled. No paper towels. Goop on the floor in front of the elevators on the hotel side was never mopped up and dried there overnight and all day the next day never cleaned. It wasn't a terrible stay but it seems there isn't any real career employees there and a shortage of those that are there. Overall, it doesn't feel like you're really appreciated as a customer.

Where to begin? The room was the most filthy room we have ever seen. Shall we start with the bathroom… The single bathroom sink would not drain. The shower had two shower heads but only one barely worked. The glass shelf with the clean washcloths was covered with dust. The bathroom fan had not been cleaned in forever. And somehow a 1/2 a roll of toilet paper was all they thought we would need. They offered 24 room service but when we asked for extra towels we were told their robot was broken and we would have to come to the lobby. For the room itself.. Popcorn and trash around the bed. Room not dusted with something sticky on the nightstand. One light above the bed was hanging upside down. The coffee machine hand old coffee in it and no coffee packs for us. The ice bin had an inch of dirty water in it. When we brought this problems to the attention of the manager even showing her pictures she said she would look into it. We never heard back.

This is not what I expected from the rating. The hotel room was dirty, floors were sticky and there was dust on every ledge in the room. Every restaurant we went into on the property was dirty, ie: the steak restaurants menus were filthy, the 99 hops place had trash all over the floor and the bar top was not sat yet there were dirty dishes at almost all of the seats. Unfortunately, the casino allows smoking and the air filtration is marginal at best. Prepare to smell like cigarettes after visiting the casino.

Only disappointment I have had with this trip so far is that on your website it says that there is a breakfast buffet every morning. In fact Monday thru Friday,..there is absolutely no food available until noon!!!

Our stay here was unfortunately awful. The scariest part was at 9am the morning we were leaving, when a woman from the hotel unlocked our door with her master key and walked into our room saying she was conducting "room checks". Waking up to a random stranger in our room was not the end of our problems though. We could not get into our room due to the door actually not workjing. We had to get our keys scanned multiple times and still could not get in and had to be let in by maintenance. Our sheets and mattress cover were not actually put onto the bed and there was dried vomit all over the mattress that smelled awful. Given that we had booked with expedia the hotel was unable to do anything for us except refund a $12 fee we paid and get $10 of free food from the cafe. Similarly the refund has yet to go through. I would reccomend staying anywhere else.

Hallway carpets dirty for the days of my stay. Edging was extremely dusty not done for a while. GM should walk the property to find these items, shows lack of effort. Room was fine slightly dusty.

There are limited dining options. The rooms are outdated and in poor condition. The non smoking rooms still smell like a smoking room. There was a resort fee which includes unlimited water but housekeeping does not restock the water in the room.
