Would stay again.
Clean. Updates were mainly painting over what was there, but everything worked and it was clean. The breakfast was some of the best I've had at any hotel.

Not at all happy with this accomodation.For $165 expected clean and safe hotel. Hall carpets stained and dirty. Chair in room was the same. Had to put a towel over it before anyone could sit. Pull out sofa bed bad mattress and no top sheet in bedding bundle. Air vents cloggedd with dust. Had to clean them with face wipes Our socks were filthy after walking around in the room. Worst of all there were people just hanging out in the hallway all night long. Skirmish with the night manager? with another guest. Couldn't get sleep with all the shouting and talking well into 5 AM! Good points...the desk staff were friendly. The breakfast cook did a great job of keeping everything stocked. The food and selections were very good. Bathroom well stocked with clean towels. Room coffee maker was good. But the bad outweighed the good. Won't stay here again!

Staff was very nice and quick. Breakfast good. Overall good stay. Only reason I maybe wouldn’t go back is because of the condition of the hotel outside of my room. Elevators were sketchy when elevating and the property looked pretty run down. Could have probably paid the same amount for a better stay. If you don’t mind the run down look, I’d recommend it.

We were in KC for the Ren Fest. This hotel is 5 minutes from the faire. It is located in the midst of loads of retail stores and restaurants as well as a large movie theatre and the racetrack. The room was absolutely perfect. We had a two room king suite, with the bed in one room and a couch and chair in another. Both rooms were quite comfortable.

I liked that the bedroom is separate from the living area. The room has stains all over the carpet flooring and candy like substance stuck to the carpet in to places. I also at least two body hairs in the bathroom when I arrived. Many of the tv stations were unavailable due to a bad connection or would become fuzzy after being clear or audio but no screen.

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. We found food left in the mini-fridge, and I had to go to the desk for linens for the sofa bed, but it was all taken care of quickly. Loved the big parking lot!

Needs upgraded with new carpets! Area outside the motel & the elevator had some trash lying on ground. Slight odor in room but it “was” clean & bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Key card wouldn’t work so went back downstairs for her to help…she was very friendly & tried but we still had to attempt many many times before we finally could get it to open our door. Breakfast was pretty good;-)
