I use a cane to walk with, hard time walking distances and have a major limp! This is obvious when I walked in the door! But lo and behold the front desk gives me level 3 room 346 all the way to the back of the hotel! Yea! Thank you for that! Lesson learned next time I will certainly request a closer room, 1/2 my fault that I didn’t! But golly gee wiz! How obvious can the situation be?

The staff were so friendly, check in was very simple and straightforward. We got exactly what we needed, a king size bed and a place for our pups and us to sleep for the night after a long drive. Priced very accordingly.

Mehh… at best most of the staff was pleasant. Management has issues with guest care and services. poor attitudes and are willing to escalate as opposed to sharing an opportunity for kindness during the holidays. I do hope that as a well know brand that’s lends to comfort and courtesy some time could be taken in an effort to train management staff on standards. Thanks for taking the time to read and we hope this helps others in making a well rounded and educated decision prior to booking.

Currently doing some construction but everything is open. We ate at their restaurant and it was great! I had the burger Keto style and I loved it! We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the stay
