It was a great stay enjoyed the hotel but we had a big issue with someone(s) in a near room banging on our door at night. We had to call front desk several times to address the issue but it continued. Made for some uncomfortable nights and we even saw a couple getting a different room on a different floor due to the same issue. Security did come up but to no avail.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about this stay. The type of room I reserved was unavailable. Jason at the front desk put me in a different type room and agreed to compete valet parking for our stay. He did not. I’ve left messages for him to call. He has not. The GM agreed to remedy 10’days ago. He has not. This is beyond disappointing.

Hotel was very clean. Not very friendly staff except for one sweet lady. Hotels.com had breakfast included for a surge charge of 1 dollar, but at the hotel they said it was not included and that I had to 19 dollars for breakfast.
