DO NOT STAY HERE! Save yourself the headache. This is a very clean property but the crime in this area is through the roof. Our vehicles had the window broken out during our stay and another couple had theirs broken out also. This is a normal occurrence at this property according to the staff and police. There are no security cameras on the outside of the building and no security that patrols even though it is known this is almost nightly vehicles get robbed. Staff was super helpful through the ordeal and the rooms are clean and comfortable if you don’t mind driving home sitting on glass with no windows in your vehicle.

Staff helpful. Rooms clean and d decently maintained except for the shower faucet that’s was nearly impossible to turn. Area around the hotel sketchy with unhoused encampment adjacent to the property with an unleashed dog. Be careful if you walk your dog around the block.

Hotel itself was great. Just had an issue with our rental car getting broke into and that same evening another guests car was actually stolen. We were told it happens all the time, yet the hotel still doesn't have cameras in the parking lot. Also, our car was parked within view of the front desk, so it's hard to believe they didn't see anything happening. The staff was good about tell us about the issue before we actually saw the vehicle, but not a great way to start a vacation.

Location was convenient for a wedding I attended but it's a sleepy part of town. Very quiet street with zero night life and nothing to do. Carpets and bathroom floor could be cleaner but it was a decent sized room, good cable TV options, and comfortable bed.

The property was great! It was comfortable, clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, resourceful, and helpful. The hotel is near the fun things to do in downtown Kansas City, which was important to us with a toddler in need of family-friendly activities.

The night desk manager wasn’t the friendliest person I’ve come across. This is a no-smoking property and the first thing I see when entering the bldg is the same manager smoking right at the entrance. He disappeared from the desk for a few minutes then making us wait for some reason. Not a good first impression. The hotel, otherwise was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean.
