Not family friendly and waste of time and money.
Stayed a week with family. First off, we booked before Blair came in and they got our booking wrong and the only thing that was left was 1 Queen for the 4 of us and a dog because of a language barrier with reservations. We booked a suite starting Monday when the winter storm was over. Not available due to having a dog. Not stated in the information. We understood the no jacuzzi suite but couldn’t even get the business suite either and I had booked in advance. So a whole week with no privacy in our room at all. And on top of it all, they got 12 inches of snow and refused to have their lot plowed so people were constantly stuck and not able to leave because of it. Completely unacceptable by keeping people from leaving or forcing them to shovel their selves out. Breakfast was terrible. Full breakfast only on weekends and muffins and cereal for the week so if your working and wanted breakfast before work don’t waste your time or money on this place.

The only positive thing was the room was clean. No attempt to clean the parking lot. Halls were a mess. Pool was unusable. If you need a place to sleep for the night, this will do... otherwise find something else.

The only negative i have is breakfast is less than desirable. The winter storm didnt help any and im not sure management was prepared for a full house. Overall the staffing did very well all things considered.

Liked the price for the clean comfortable room we had along with a hot breakfast in the morning. The Inn must be short of help as I had to wait around 15 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk to check me in.

I have a kidney disease and asked for a restroom before our check in, I was allowed to go to the bathroom in the. Indoor pool area. No toilet paper and there was human feces on the handicap rail and wall. Couldn't get help with it and made me sick to my stomach. They were still cleaning and the hotel still smelled like some kind of funky food. After we checked in and was setting in our room housekeeping wanted to clean it. Which it was clean except the hot tub was nasty. My husband went and bought bleach but I ended up in the hospital instead

Jacuzzi tub was dirty, I had to wash hair and dust out of it before use. I paid for a late check out time of 3pm, and staff came to my room twice at 11am and 12:45pm Telling me I have to leave soon, showed proof of my late check out purchase both times . The breakfast kept closing down early and not enough food for all guests.
