1. Guy at front desk is very rude. 2. The other staff member has 2 young boys that are continually running around the hotel, harrassing girls, playing around in elevators creeping on people, invading the breakfast area & playing around with and eating breakfast items, swimming in the pool, disturbing others. 3..Rooms are very dirty.

This is a place to stay with small kids. We have an 8 year old and he liked the slide and pool. However, it's too packed to really enjoy. There were 9 kids in a small hottub. There were an additional 25 kids in the small pool. They've got to limit the amount of people guests can bring with them. The room next to us had a party and there were 11 kids in the room. There were so many people at breakfast we had to eat in the lobby.

I'm not mad, I'm disappointed...
I booked my room through hotels.com as a 2 queen bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me it was sent as a king bed suite (1 bed with a pullout couch). She said she could not make the change due to the 3rd party reservation and that if hotels.com called, she could change it. I contacted hotels.com, they called, but the one remaining 2 queen room was sold out so we went to the king suite. The pictures attached show the stains on the couch. The desk clerk then transferred us to a different king suite. Stains on that floor but the bedding looked ok so we stayed. My roommate slept on the pullout couch but slept horrible due to the fact that he felt like he was going to fall through the frame. The desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic that she couldn't do more to help, but it was still a horrible experience.

The waterpark was the best part of the stay. The staff was friendly but the furniture in the rooms are ruin down and falling apart. We found 2 bugs in one of our 3 rooms. Would not recommond it for the price.
