The pool and hot tub were closed. Didn’t find out until we checked in. They don’t turn the rooms so trash and dirty towels line the hallway. The bed was like cement and my back still hurts. Breakfast was horrible. I’ll never stay at a Stoney creek inn again.

The hotel has cockroaches!! The staff is aware that room 115 (whirlpool suite) has them!! Per the housekeeping staff “we can’t get rid of them, we’ve sprayed and sprayed but they just keep coming back” we were moved into a regular room after paying for a suite and the hotel offered a partial credit, a credit that did not even cover the difference of room prices !! I’m done with Stoney creek !!

Great hotel. The only thing we did not enjoy was the loud bar music and people. The bar didn’t close until 11pm but the party crowd was outside and stayed late. Don’t expect an early night…

Love this place
This remains one of my favorite hotels. The staff is great, the room is spacious, appears clean, and I find the bed exceptionally comfortable. There is a nice walking path out back, and I enjoy the fitness room. Unfortunately, this visit the hot tub was being repaired. I always feel safe and the night was quiet. The hot breakfast was delicious. I definitely would stay here again.

Second time staying here for family trip. Would continue staying here on future trips.Had a noisy room (small kids)upstairs from us at check-in, front desk handled immediately and moved us. Very clean hotel. Smelled clean. Quiet area near many food and shopping options.

I honestly wanted to like this place. It was quiet and I slept well, but that's the whole of it. The staff weren't bad they just didn't go above at all. The free breakfast was just chaos, and I've had better food at Holiday Inn. The donuts were good but I'm pretty sure those are purchased elsewhere. In the room, multiple lights didn't work. They only clean your room every 3 days, so if you need anything you have to get it yourself at the front desk. The location is great if you're in town for sports, but otherwise there's nothing special about this place.
