The hotel itself is a bit old which is okay. Property is mostly well maintained with some obvious repairs needed but not addressed. I stayed in the race car theme room which was a great size and well stocked. I really enjoyed the toiletries. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Outdoor swimming pool was pleasant until it started storming. Water slide is unremarkable and can be skipped. Indoor water area is nice with a lot of spa options. Dinner buffet was average but worth the price. Our room came with breakfast which was just mediocre. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Hotel overall was pleasant with many areas that could be improved but I also had a great time there.

The hotel personnel was definitely a huge plus! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! The mall and the food options were only a few minutes walk and the hotel was less than 15 min taxi ride from Fo Guang Shan Museum. The food option at the buffet breakfast was decent, but coffee wasn't very good.

really can tell this is not a new hotel, especially toilet condition. The staffs of front desk are friendly but not flexible at all for every single policy (asking a lot of questions that other hotels never asked for).

Good Hotel, located outside of the city but attached to an outlet mall and theme park. Great for family. It was very crowded due to high school graduation trip. Many teenagers while we were there so they were loud. Otherwise it's a good getaway for families and kids

Everything you need in one place!
Was pleasantly surprised. Was here for a work trip and it was great to have so many great restaurants at the hotel, a mall attached, entertainment and a spa! Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

The hotel is located near to the theme park. We book this hotel for one night stay. The room was ok but a bit run down. We book a twin room and a family room but it end up both room are the same. So we do not know how the layout of the room. Breakfast was just normal. variety of food but limited. The location of the hotel is nearby the mall which offer good shopping and food. If you are not going to the theme park then it is a waste to stay here. We didn't go to the theme park as it is quite expensive.

We were there from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day, and our very first present from the hotel was a free upgrade! The room was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful and the view was a bonus. Our car parking was also free, and there were ample parking lots in the hotel. No need to squeeze like most areas. The hotel had many facilities but we didn't have time to enjoy them all. We had a great time and will return again.
