It was great having a kitchen area and a living room area. It felt like a spacious apartment rather than a hotel room. Location was great and the office staff worked with us even when our flight was delayed enough to miss our first night Thank you!

Important tips: Very old and run-down hotel. If you want a room with air conditioning in the bedroom, you had better ask for it. Ours had one window AC in the living room so we had to sleep on the circa 1975 sofa bed (so gross). We could hear the rusty mattress springs creaking all night long. The entire property was in desperate need of renovation. I asked if there were any renovated rooms and was advised there were a “couple” but we needed to request “renovated room” at the time of the reservation. Make sure you do this. The free bottle of wine is a lost leader. Front Desk kept saying it was on the way, but even at checkout it never appeared. I’m sure it was only an $8 bottle of Barefoot, but that wasn’t the point. Disappointing.

The property was fine. The apartment was clean, if a bit dated. The main issue was that they need to be clearer about the air conditioning. There was only a unit in the bedroom, so that was comfortable enough but the rest of the place was stifling. The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly at checkin but they were at checkout. They also changed the door lock our second to the last day and it was very confusing how to get the new door code.

With kids I loved having more than just one pool for the property, loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen that had pots, pans, utensils, cutlery. The living room had been updated with new floors and new furniture. Plenty of parking and the grounds were clean and very well maintained. Front desk was so helpful as well.

It is an out-dated property. The unit we stayed in is old but ok. We like that there was a small kitchen where we could cook our very breakfast but although they charged us for cleaning, they never came to clean the room for the 8 days we stayed. The beds were very old - it sinks when you sit/lie in it. The unit is spacious for 2 people - small kitchen, living room and bedroom is ok size.
