While it may not be for folks wanting a luxury stay it was perfect for us. Feels like old school Hawaii. The beach is steps away and lovely and safe. Very quiet and private and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very nice coffee shop on the premises. The room was very clean and there was very good communication with the hotel for late check in. We hope to be back😃

Clean, great location, amazing service with a smile! Even the studios behind the oceanfront buildings are just quick walk to the best beach!

Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary and we definitely will be back! The service was impeccable and everyone was SO friendly wherever we went in the hotel, even the housekeeping when passing in the halls. It's so rare these days, even in top hotels. Breakfast was a little overpriced for the ala carte menu, but the food in every restaurant was very good. Had the best massage of my life at the spa (Holly is AMAZING) and wished we had planned to spend more time there. Have stayed at other Ritz hotels that don't compare. Can't wait to go back!
