Arriving by car is a little hard, with part of the road only wide enough for one car and very limited parking at ground level. Reception is on third floor and elevator is kind of hidden from street view. Dragging luggage up to reception in afternoon heat was hard. Rooms were large and even larger on the top floor, but on top floor neither WiFi or TV worked (we had to get two rooms for three adults). AC worked great, but only while you are there and room can get really hot when you are out for the day. Breakfast was quite good with scrambled eggs, ham & cheese, tomatoes & cucumbers, breads and cereal & yogurt. If you are a night owl you might miss the 10AM cutoff. Beach was nice, but you really need aqua socks and rocks are not very good to lay on. The pool was small but had really comfortable pool furniture. We sat here and had a beer around 11:30 at night when it was cool, but they closed it down at midnight. Fridge in the room was nice, but it is left unplugged and takes a really long time to cool down unless you are always in the room - shuts off when you leave. There is ample free parking behind hotel, but street is really narrow and it takes a lot of parking skill to jockey into a parking spot with limited space. Our rental car had a really bad turning radius. Location of hotel is really good. Nice if you want to swim. Easy to walk to old town. We did not eat at the hotel, but had very fine dining experiences in the old town. The staff was really fantastic!
