Nice hotel near to restaurants and shops
Fantastic staff, always helpful. and pleasant. Delicious breakfast served each morning. Laundry service available. Helped organised city tour and trekking itinerary.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Reached quite late in the night and had a wonderful stay and the staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Absolutely awesome stay and hospitality.

Super poměr v. výkon
Hotel je v pěší zoně (tedy mohou tam jen motorky) Thamel, kde je klid, jestliže máte okna do dvora. Snídaně i servis včetně restaurace byly výborné. V Evropě by hotel dostal o hodně nižší hodnocení, ale tady jsme v Nepalu a za tu cenu super. Tekla vlažná voda a úklid celkem fungoval. Bohužel prádelny neumí vytvořit bílé povlečení, ale ve spacáku se být nemuselo. Jen nedoporučuji využít v případě nabídky jejich druhý "sesterský" hotel, neboť tam jsem radši vlezl do spacáku. WiFi pomalá, ale na poslání fotek ok. V okolí je typicky nepálské... Blízko obchody, směnárna i informace o fakultativních výletech.

Zarezerwowałem pokój z widokiem na dolinę a otrzymałem bez okna. Po zgłoszeniu tego faktu został on zamieniony na pokój z oknem na 1 piętrze z widokiem na śmietnik i ściane sąsiedniego budynku. Brak papieru toaletowego i innych przyborów toaletowych. Codziennie sprzątanie to też bzdura. Nikt się nie pojawił przez 4 dni pobytu. Obsługa w restauracji śmieszna. Mylą zamówienia pomimo że na sali są tylko dwa zajęte stoliki. Czas oczekiwania na śniadanie (tosty i jajko) minimum 30 minut. Jedyny plus to niedroga cena ale po co pisać o udogodnieniach których nie mają.

Hotellet ligger på en smal gade midt i Thamel, hotellet var fint og servicen hos personalet var exceptionelt. Kan godt anbefale stedet for personalets venlighed og hjælpsomhed alene. Vi skulle bare blive i Katmandu men de har også forbindelser til alle mulige slags aktiviteter samt bus biletter osv
