This was my 2nd stay at Metropole and I was fortunate enough to nab one of the newly renovated rooms. It was beautifully styled and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The check in staff member, Yolande, was so welcoming. It's a gorgeous, unassuming hotel with great rooms and facilities. I highly recommend The Metropole to anyone traveling to the Blue Mountains. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

A lovely old-world hotel with magnificent views from the lounge and restaurant. Rooms are elegant and spacious. The restaurant was top notch. Been there before and will go again.

The lady who set up our reservations was super friendly and very helpful, i wish i remembered her name ,thankyou very much ,haven't really got a negative, we will be back
