When we opened the fridge there was some left food means they did not clean the fridge. Lauren the housekeeping was so rude! We used the microwave in the breakfast area and she said “Faster” and was giving us very bad behaviour which is not acceptable

Worse sleep ever. Noisy people above and can hear voises and aloud bangs all night. They say breakfast but just toast waffles and yogurt. Would never recimend especially due to hard wood floors above.

The room was very spacious with all the basic amenities such as fridge, coffee machine with complementary coffee/tea, and wifi. Staff were friendly and cheerful. Location is very good, across the mall and plenty of eateries within walking.

This hotel is great for a reasonable price. It is very close to Orchard Park Mall and the main transit hub. I would definitely stay here again
