I always enjoy by stay at the Heathman Lodge. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working but when you have to wait on a part, there is nothing to do about that. Looking forward to my next stay.

The Heathman is a classic vacation cabin vibe. Beautifully decoratedninside and out. Rooms are big and good amenities. I would stay again.

Upon our initial arrival at the hotel lodge, we were greeted warmly, but unfortunately, the floor was dirty with dust. I requested assistance to repair the television, as the Wi-Fi was not functioning. After waiting for an hour, no one arrived. Consequently, I utilized my phone to establish a hotspot, enabling my children to watch Netflix before retiring for the night.

I usually always stay at the Heathman lodge when I come to town. It is my top choice for staying in Vancouver. The only negative is the lighting in the parking lot. I wish it was lit up more after dark.
