Staff was great but the place could use some remodeling or at least Maintenance. The outdoor pool was cold and the elevator would shake to one side even with just one person on the elevator.

This is our second time to stay there this year. When making the reservations for our second trip we had no idea the hotel was being renovated! The Crow’s Nest restaurant within the Hotel was completely closed. We had no idea we were planning on eating dinner there! The views on the river side of the hotel and fabulous ! We will stay again and hope the renovations will find the Crow’s Nest restaurant as good as the past and the prices don’t skyrocket for the hotel stay ?

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms are old but clean. My only complaint was the toilet. It took a long, noisy time filling after flushing. Plus, it was very low to the ground so hard to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

We understand the hotel is going to undergo renovation, and boy does it need it. It has old, stained carpeting in the hallways and rooms. Furniture is old and chipped. Otherwise the location is great, they just need to bite the bullet and update date this NOW.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel met our needs and we enjoyed walking on the ‘island’ and having dessert in one of the restaurants. We would consider staying in this hotel again on a future trip to the Tri Cities.

We loved being on the Island surrounded by water and the marina. It was quiet and had two good restaurants that were walkable. Itt had nice walking paths along the water for the dog. Everything we needed was a15 min or less drive. The hotel itself is dated. The room was very small and a bit run down and the pool was unusable while we were there.

Check in was easy & the staff was very kind and welcoming. The view from my room of the waterfront in morning was very beautiful and relaxing. Their continental breakfast was very good & there is plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

I think this hotel is kind of a gem and I am glad I stumbled on it. Although it is an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we did sit at a table by the pool. The evening view was pretty and we enjoyed a walk by the river.
