Everything about our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable and I loved that it had a window that opened to allow the fresh air in. The fridge was larger than the standard mini fridge and the closet was pretty big too. The chairs and bed were both comfortable. The service that we received from all the staff we interacted with was great. Everyone was very welcoming and kind, definitely went above and beyond over our four night stay. Checkin and check out were both smooth and painless. My only complaints are the in room safe didn’t work and the bathroom is kind of dark. Not much light transfers into the shower with the curtain closed. Both of those things are incredibly minor and wouldn’t deter a future booking. The hotel is also located in a great area. There’s lots of places around for dining and shopping plus I felt safe traveling on a mother and young son trip.

Husband is amputee they made sure he had a shower chair in the room. The girls at the desk just warm and friendly. And our room it’s beautiful so big I only want this room every time I book. The bed was soft thank you for taking care of all your customers.

Checkin was easy and staff great. Our room was large, but the king bed was too close to the air conditioner. There was almost no room to the left side of the bed. The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The breakfast buffet was a disaster. The room was way too small and could not seat enough people. The quality of the food provided was mediocre.
