The stay was peaceful! Everything went well except, housekeeping did not change the bedding. They made the beds up but did not change the sheets. The staff maintained their professionalism.

Very comfortable room. Spacious. Great breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are the best!! Friendly staff. The pool is a little small, but the water temperature and room temperature was perfect! We atayed here while visiting some attractions in Canton. Everything that we had planned was about 15 miles away. Lots of construction on the roads, but easy enough to get places. We had trouble with one of the rooms being unreasonably loud at an unreasonable hour. Staff was quick to try to remedy the situation. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant.

Because it was 5 stars and the price was a bit higher than others in the area we chose this hotel. We were disappointed. We specifically went here thinking we would get a better experience. Usually we have quick stops so we don’t really care about atmosphere or amenities as long as it’s clean. This was over rated and over priced. We had a couple of room troubles that were made better because of good staff but the place itself does not rate 5 stars

Room found clean and ready upon arrival. A quiet room due to a low number of guests at our arrival. There was a $100 dollars security fee ( hold) which attendant said would be lifted in a week, though we had fully booked and paid through Expedia. Otherwise, no issues during our visit.
