Staff was friendly. Bedsheets were stained, but clean. Our room was cold, the furnace didn’t work, and bedding consisted of a sheet and the decorative top piece. We were in a room for 4, but only had 2 towels. We asked to switch rooms due to how cold it was and they happily obliged, but that furnace didn’t work either. We settled for 2 of the fleece blankets, but even that didn’t help. Breakfast was mediocre at best - a couple different cereals, frozen eggo waffles, bagels, some fruit, and that’s it. I wish I were kidding.

Staff were super friendly, helped us call and arrange cab service, but the hotel is pretty far from downtown area and not a lot of options for dining near by. Rooms are about what you would think for a Super 8.

good place small problems
Everything was great, but the chairs were very sub-par. The desk chair would not go up or down. I am short and that ment the desk was at the wrong height. The comfort chair was not comfortable.

It is what it is.
Signage was pretty non existent unless you are looking in the eighth spot up and an angle. Outside of hotel looked depressing and made us uneasy about our stay. Room was fine and comfortable. Bathroom had some issues.

The property was very dated- cigarette burns in the 70s or 80s carpet. Weird, not pleasant smell, the shower did not turn on. But the faucet was very new, as were the lamps. When we mentioned the shower not working, we were told we had to “pull really hard.” It was a place to stay and the bed was actually comfortable, but I won’t stay here again.

None of the plugs/outlets in the room were in good enough condition to get work done or charge devices. The toilet ran constantly and the dresser was broken so I couldn't unpack during my stay. 1 ply toilet paper
