Enjoy some changes in attitude and latitude in this waterfront beauty! This is a two bedroom, two bath, stilted, one-half duplex . Bedding consists of two king and queen pull out couch. Sip a margarita and relax while enjoing the spectacular view from the upper deck which overlooks Key Colony Beach. Easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and close to Vaca Cut and the Gulf of Mexico.

This property sits on an oversized lot with a 50 foot dock, with plenty of room to dock your boat and park your trailer and vehicles. Extras include fish station, cable, high speed internet, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas barbeque grill, central air conditioning. Downstairs game room with pool table. No smoking, no pets. Margaritaville (Key West) is a scenic 50 mile drive away. This is the perfect place for your Keys parrot-dise vacation! This property has access to Cabana Club!

This property can hold up to 4 vehicles, if bringing a trailer then 3 vehicles and a trailer will fit. No rvs, motorhomes or campers allowed. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property can accommodate more than one boat for an additional fee. This property allows one boat and one trailer. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Birthday trip

The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants. Great for fishing and relaxing, nice area to take walks and watching the sun sets at night. Host for the property are always within reach to make sure you have everything or need anything more to make your trip the best.

Great Location

Very Nice House. One Half of Duplex. Great View from Outside deck. Fishing from Private Dock was lots of fun. Caught lots of fish. Two Large Kings beds made it very comfortable. Living spaces great as well. Nice Central location and close to great restaurants. Cabana Club was nice as well. Would stay here again

Wonderful location & view

We just wrapped up our 2-week stay, and it's definitely a spot we would love to return to. We docked our 26' boat at the property, and also stored the trailer on site, which made it very convenient. The property was clean, comfortable and had an incredible view. The property manager was quick to respond to some general inquiries. Although the design inside of the home is a bit dated, it was very comfortable. I would recommend updating the cookware in the kitchen to make it easier and more pleasant to cook. We really loved our stay!

Better than expected

Beautiful property with a nice dick on a channel that gets you to the Atlantic or the Gulf in just a few minutes. We visited the Cabana club that is included with your stay, it was awesome. It's only a few minutes away from great restaurants but the kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy to eat in. We will definitely book this again.

Fun for all

Great location for having a boat and trailer storage for both and docking is very simple with tides and wind. It does get a bit shallow at times. House was nice for four and doable for five. Nice bathrooms with decent water pressure. Dishwasher was a bummer…. Did t work for most of our trip. Overall a nice place to stay.

Awesome in every way

Our stay at Fins to the left could not have been more perfect. First off the place was spotless, and the furnishings were very comfortable. Plenty of room with all the comforts of home. A gorgeous view of the water with and a large dock for the boat we rented. We went out on the Atlantic almost daily. The bed was a king which held my husbands 6 '6" body with plenty of room for me.
