This 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is spacious enough for comfort yet cozy enough for connection — perfect for families or friends looking to relax, explore, and make memories in the beautiful Florida Keys. Settle in with cozy movie nights on the plush couches, share family meals, or enjoy the tropical breezes on the terrace — everything is designed to feel easy, welcoming, and stress-free.

Hassle-Free Check-In:

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments, no arrival-day errands. While some owners require guests to bring a check or money order, we handle it for you. We pay the HOA directly so your vacation starts the moment you arrive.

Parking & Policies:

Limit: 2 vehicles per reservation

3rd vehicle allowed only with valid handicap placard/license plate & pre-registration

No outside visitors permitted; only registered guests may access the community and home

Security cameras on-site, including a Ring doorbell

Government-issued ID required for guest verification

No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

Short-term rental agreement must be completed and returned before arrival (names and ages of all guests required for security access)

Reservation must reflect the actual number of guests in your party. Maximum occupancy is 10, including children over age 1.

Nice Gem hidden in Key Largo

The house and amenities were portrayed exactly as it was listed. Large house, plenty of space for kids and adults to spread out. House was in great shape and Veronica is very attentive and accessible if needed. Will definitely visit again.

Clean Rental, Nice Community

This is a large spread out unit. The unit was very clean which we appreciated and had lots of bed options. I loved that the unit had a few consumables: coffee, coffee filters, foil, paper towels, some spices. I love it when a unit has the correct filters for the coffee maker. We also loved that the unit had pool and beach gear available to use. There were chairs beach bags and coolers. This was great since we flew to get down to the keys. The property owner as sent us some recommendations prior to us arriving and that was very nice. Overall a great stay. I wish we had stayed longer. We used the unit for a girls trip, but it would be great for families too.

Great time in Key Largo

Property was ideal setup for 3 couples. Very secure property in gated community with guard. Young adults enjoyed indoor pickle ball in the cool. Pool is large and close to unit. Only there 3 nights and wish we wold have had another day or two to enjoy.

Fantastic Stay and host!

We stayed at this beautiful VRBO in Key Largo for a long weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The location was perfect, close to the pool, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, the bathrooms were modern, and the living room had a large TV. The host was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great tips on what to do and see in the area. We loved renting a boat and spending the day at the sand bar. There was so much to do and see, we never got bored. This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed at, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation in Key Largo. We can't wait to come back!

Couldn’t have been better.

Comfort and cleanliness, my two highest priorities were exceeded at this property. Great location and so much to do even without leaving the complex. We only had 5 days to spend on this vacation but wish it was more. Beautiful sunrises seen from the pier.

The Best VRBO

The owner has thought of everything. It’s so well put together. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. She is super responsive. Mariner’s Cove is a great location with a very nice pool (two actually). Many things that I have always had to buy in the past (hand soap, laundry detergent) were already there. I would stay here again!

The property was perfect for our visit, clean with pool, fitness room, etc. We experienced a few hiccups however owner Veronica was quick to address. A suggestion is the need to refresh the outside grill. Enjoyed surrounding area and of course the weather. Our appreciation for great vacation!

Property is well maintained and in a development of similar properties. Plenty of room to spread out. Great patio and terrace. Marina is easy to get out into the ocean for fishing and other water sports. Can not wait until next time

Perfect!

Veronica was an amazing host! This home was exceptionally clean and gorgeous. My family of 4 with 2 younger kids stayed with my friend and her teenage daughters so it was perfect to have separated spaces with a downstairs area and upstairs area. This gave us each the space to relax and recover from our daytime adventures and allowed the littles to go to sleep at a decent hour and the teens could stay up late. Everything you need is in this unit! We were surprised to find a beach closet with plenty of toys, umbrellas, chairs ect. A bonus find for us!! Veronica went out of her way to help us get back out girls stuffed animals that were accidentally left behind. ❤️ Perfect home for your Key Largo Vacation!!

A lovely vacation gem!

This is a spacious, comfortable and well stocked place to stay. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and this place met my expectations. The beds were comfortable with good mattresses and bedding. Lots of thoughtful amenities for the beach and playing. Super well stocked kitchen making it easy to prepare and serve a meal. Always grateful to have a comfortable place to return to after playing all day.

Great place with a super stocked kitchen

Communication with the owner was great! The location was perfect to get to all the places in the keys. The pools, hot tubs, game room and work out room were all awesome as well. The kitchens were both fully stocked and loved having use of pool/beach supplies. This was one of the nicest places that we have ever rented. We will definitely keep this on the list for places to return to. Thanks!!
