Key Largo stay at Kawama Yacht Club for relaxation
The condo was inviting and a home away from home. Nice to have straight access to pool area from back patio. The pool was good size. No hot tub. Most days pool was not crowded except for Saturday afternoon and evening there was a large crowd that met there and had very loud music with that could be heard throughout condo with doors closed. You are able to hear your neighbors and kids from the condo if they are loud which most kids are . Having golf cart to go to the jetty beach side is very nice but can’t drive it on the street. No license plates. Overall I would return to area. Most restaurants are locally owned so there is lots of seafood to be had. Most close by 8 or 9 pm

Family vacation
We stayed here with 2 families. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. The check in and out process was very easy. Pools and kayaks were very accessible and the kids enjoyed them. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

Great home base for adventures in the upper Keys!
We chose this property thanks to the great reviews and they were well-earned! The unit was spotless and so well-stocked with everything we needed from cookware to pool towels to fans and extra blankets so everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet and a mix of renters and retirees staying at their own properties. We tried lots of restaurants recommended by our host and the neighbors, and really enjoyed being just steps from the pool each afternoon when we returned from that day’s adventures. We would definitely recommend this property!

Florida Family Fun!!!
We stayed at this amazing property Feb. 20-27. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons. The home had everything we needed and was cute and cozy. So much to do onsite and close by. Our grandsons loved it and the rest of us did too. The highlight was a barbecue down by the ocean, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the full moon rise up out of the ocean. Having the golf cart to ride down to the jetty to see the sunrise every morning was a plus. So many good things about the Florida Keys🙂

Enjoyed our stay!
Very clean and worked very well for 4 adults and would work well for a family with children. The living room had great TV and kitchen to watch Super Bowl! Right across from pool so just a few steps to house to take a break. The golf cart was good to ride to jetty to watch sun set!

Perfect family vacation spot
Martha’s property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to anything you may need and the property had tons of entertainment for our kids. Check in was a breeze, the home was comfortable and could have slept many more comfortably, our kids were asking to bring friends with us next time. The lagoon was beautiful and easy for our kids to safely kayak and snorkel. Definitely book this place, you won’t regret it! Martha and her husband are excellent hosts!

Family getaway
Beautifully updated place, perfect for our family of 4. We loved the lagoon and being able to use kayaks was great, as was the use of the golf cart. The claim of a private beach area is misleading, was really just a patch of sand. The jetty was cool and snorkeling there as well as the lagoon was fun. Would definitely recommend taking a snorkeling tour out to the reefs!

This place was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Steps away from the pool. Use of your own golf cart which we drove to the jetty to look at the ocean. You can use the small kayaks they have to paddle around the lagoon, saltwater lake. We also did our morning walks around the lagoon and to the ocean and back. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great four day stay at the property. It’s a ver well maintained condo with great amenities and good maintenance. Martha is a great host and was very responsive to our queries before and during the stay. The community is very nice, great people, good security and great options to relax and enjoy by the water. The Key to happiness
This was our 1st stay in Key Largo. We usually go further south. We fell in love . This property was wonderful. We spent everyday in the 85 degree salt water pool. Kayaked around the entire area. The house came fully equipped with everything we could want. The location is just where you would want to be. In fact we are now looking at property to call home.

Excellent getaway for families
My husband and I stayed with our four children- ages 2,5,7, and 9. My son loved the ocean—we saw dolphins swimming in the ocean and lobsters in the rocks by the water. The location of the house is perfect, between the pool and playground. Compliments who decorated this house; it’s not a big place but the furniture is perfectly placed and beautifully decorated. We never felt cramped. We had many things to do; drove north an hour and did an Everglades tour. We drove approx 1 hour south to go to the turtle hospital in Marathon. My nine year old daughter said I had to mention the “comfortable beds!” Overall, a great place to rest and relax. House is also very clean. Highly recommended!

Fall Vacation
The condo was perfect and the location was great it was very laid back and a quiet neighborhood. Didn't have to worry about running out of the stuff shampoo etc... we had plenty. It is a beautiful oasis very much enjoyed ourselves. the weather was perfect! Thanks again Martha you are a great hostess.

Great holiday home community
This vacation rental is basically a holiday home community unit. This unit is part of the Kawama Yacht Club, which has a marina, a private beach and a jetty. Really nice to have a community pool nearby and a golf cart. The pool can get a bit noisy. We had a nice time and the host Martha was very responsive and a great host. Very nice people. The unit is well situated, just 5-15mins from scores of restaurants, bars, watersports, Starbucks, publix and many other shops. We went to the beach but unfortunately the beach was unusable due to all the rotting weed and the garbage washing up. Its a shame the beach isn't being maintained. Instead we entered the sea (crossing some rocks) from the jetty to go snorkeling and saw lots of fish, a ray and a manatee. A couple of comments about the home. - Firstly, the disk washer is missing 3 wheels on the trays which causes a crashing sound when pulling trays in/out. - There is no waste disposal in the kitchen basin. - There are two bathrooms which are space savers and none of the basins have plugs. These bathrooms could be a tight fit for the supersized. - The 2nd bedroom has access onto a terrace but because the fly/mosquito screen is broken this door has to remain closed. - There is plenty of parking but no covered parking -The kitchen was missing some basic items such a chopping boards and quality pots/pans and utensils so we didn't cook anything other than some basic things. - The landscapers came and so for a day we had to ensure the sound of the grass cutters and blowers (super loud) Overall we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Awesome Vacation
Overall we loved this property and our vacation. Location is very near all the things in Key Largo so is very convenient. Booking and check-in were very easy. Property was well kept and clean. Having the use of a golf cart to get around the property and kayaks for the lagoon were also a nice amenity. The back door patio is right at the pool so was easy access. The lagoon was also just past the pool so was also very close, with lots of fish and ok for snorkeling near the shore. Having the golf cart made going to the beach area easy as well, although a long walk without it. The beach was very nice (although Key Largo itself doesn't really have sandy beaches so don't expect that anywhere). We did not have a boat, but the boat docks available are another good amenity for this property. Everyone in our family had a blast and we look forward to returning for future visits.

Perfect place for our vacation. We were 5 teens/adults and there was plenty of room. The lagoon was unique and fun and my youngest was totally amazed at the fish. Views on “the point” were amazing. Super clean & modern. The downstairs sofa was great for my disabled daughter who was too wiped out from snorkeling to make it up the stairs. Martha was a great host. The fish market nearby was great to have as we loved to cook and didn’t get to book a fishing trip with the weather. Golf cart was an excellent addition! Tucked away and quiet but close drive to anything you needed. Will definitely be back.

Out of this world
My husband and I took our 1 year old and three year old down to key largo for a wedding. We chose this rental because of the great reviews. Let me tell you...it was amazing! I am picky in regards to where I stay with my kids. The rental was clean and had eveything we needed. Washer/dryer Towels Sand toys Kitchen utensils Pack and play Ironing board/iron High chair The TV was equiped with many channels and even programs like Netflix Etc. There was a grocery store near by for us to fill up on snacks. Everything ran smoothly when checking in and out. Instructions was very clear and to the point. The last thing...the bed was so comfortable that we are looking into buying one ourselves😂
