The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! Checking in the front desk was very informative and helpful. The room was absolutely wonderful the bed was comfortable the shower was roomy the balcony views were exceptional! The food and service at the Yellowfin Restaurant was top notch we never had a bad meal or experience with food or staff everyone smiles and makes you feel at home and part of the island community! 11/10 recommend and will be back again.

The customer service was second to none. They were extraordinarily accommodating to my physical disabilities they were very receptive to any requests we had and they were the friendliest and most welcoming people who went out of their way to make sure your visit was special. I can't recommend them enough. We are so grateful for letting us have incredible stay and a very pleasant Resort

Awesome resort
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at oceans edge. I like how it is quaint and relaxing. On the other hand, the shuttle makes it easy to go downtown where all the business is happening. When i return to Key West i plan to stay with Oceans Edge.

Wonderful resort!
Return visit and loved it just as much as our first time in 2021. Some staff was the same and lovely to see them again. Property is clean, safe and quiet. Only complaint was that we had to wait an hour after check in time for our room to be ready.

Best place ever. I will say that partial ocean view is first floor but the view of the marina is beautiful. The boats are beautiful too. Everyone is so nice. The Yellow fin restaurant is expensive but that’s because it’s convenient. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Excellent suite, pools, grounds. Close to downtown but far enough that it was quiet. Impeccably clean. The only drawback was the expensive parking and daily resort fees. 9.5/10!

Arrived to the property 5:18. Was told room is not ready but the front desk lady was very nice and gave us a free drink card while waiting. Once in the room; King mattress sheets have stains. Called about these issues at 6:05 and 6:35. After calling once again because they put a hold of $590 for 2 nights which is crazy, the guy told me he is in reservations and couldn't help me. 3rd call he finally tells me this. He said I need to talk with front desk. I got on the phone with front desk because reservation guy hung up on me, and she was very responsive and within 15 minutes the lady showed up. I showed her all the stains and she began to change everything. Mind you, we arrived to the resort at 5:18. It's now 7:21 and we can't relax yet by the pool, go eat or drink, nothing because we have to wait to make sure the job is done good enough so we don't wake up with bed bugs. 8:11, the cleaning lady just left after redoing our whole room sheets and pillow cases and couch bed sheets and comforter They charge $50 per day resort fee for absolutely nothing and $27 per day for parking!!!
