Wanted to change the dates and no one responded to my concern. Expedia made an attempt to help me but nothing was resolved. I WAS ROBBED !!! Deposit was taken for a hotel stay that i didnt even stay at. Do not want to use expedia or ever stay at this hotel for the horrible experience I encountered!!!

First, I am not sure what VIP benefit I supposedly received. The rooms were very nice, they overlooked the pools and we had a view of all the boats. The hotel was not crowded, pool chairs were always available. The restaurant was expensive, but nice…good food, over-looking the water. The weird thing is that one of our adjoining suites smelled like wet socks and the other was perfectly fine…it was very weird. I was disappointed for the amount of money I spent but I was not there long enough to make a big deal about it.

The rooms where very nicely done. There wasnt any microwave so if you had leftover food you werent able to heat it up. Only bad side is that it took about 20 minutes to get to Downtown and they dont pick up or drop off at the airport.

This was my third time staying at this property. Love the views and the amenities. The staff was great. Being right next to the marina is an added bonus. The shuttle service is great. Not much within walking distance. So the shuttle is a big plus. The on-site restaurant and bar is very good. The live music at night was a plus. Only hiccup this time was I arrived at 4:30 and my room was still not ready for check-in. overall, though the state was great.
