Located near the gondola & all the amenities of River Run Village. The perfect ski condo for ski or any other season! This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Great Rental
The property was as described. Very clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the proximity and ease to the village and gondola. Great location to watch the New Year’s Eve firework show. I’d rent this property again.

Perfect place to walk to the river run side of Keystone. Pool/hot tub were clean and maintained. Secure. Parking was perfect. I went at the end of the season. Quick reply from owner when I had a question. Perfect to have meals for kids and avoid the restaurant hassle. Very clean. Thanks!

A great property, with great views and location. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing that took away from our vacation, the issues were addressed quickly and quietly. I will rent again when there is snow on the ground!!!

We enjoyed our time in Keystone. The condo was perfect for us to cool off from the Texas heat. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had all we need for cooking. The pool and hot tubs were fabulous after a day of hiking/biking. Love that the property is so close to the restaurants. Lucked out with a wine fest first weekend and art festival the next. Even got to take in a comedy show while there. Only negative is new condo's being built next door so will be noise for next year forsure.

So close to everything!
The main thing I loved about this property is how close it was to the lift & river run village! The only problems we ran into was that it was kind of hard to get the lockbox open and the keycards didn’t really work. But besides that I love this place, would stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed to go skiing. Excellent location as we could walk to the gondola. The unit was perfect for us having 2 bedrooms as other places we have stayed, she had to sleep on couch/pullout. I saw other reviews indicating that the unit was dated. I would very much disagree. Excellent furnishings including nice artwork on the walls. Felt like home. Carpet is maybe a little old but not in poor repair and I'm sure guests are not taking care of it like their own home. Easy to use gas fireplace which was very nice. Dish TV and would have been nice if there were instructions for use. Daughter being young figured it out quickly. Partial view of the slopes to watch the skiers come down. A bathroom for each bedroom and both were good size. Kitchen is ok. Could use more dish size options. Nice that there was coffee and filters as we only stayed 2 days. The check in process is a little complex. Have to get into a lock box which has plastic cards that open the garage door and the door to the facility. All owners/users need a card so nothing they could change and there is no one on site for the facility. Then need number code to get in the door. Other units used cards to open unit doors. Wonder what would have happened if the code given or set was off or device not working. With the winter, the garage was great. They keep it very warm so left ski equipment in the car which gave easy access to the slopes. The spaces are tight (which we have found with all Colorado facilities) so a little challenging to park a larger SUV. The facility corridors are narrow and dark and the elevator is very slow which was made difficult w COVID limit to numbers in at a time. I would suggest to the owner/manager to get a phone just for business and text the guests the day before arrival and the day of arrival to provide a means to ask any questions. They did e-mail me and I replied with a question and the e-mail was never answered. This is not necessary but would make a world class service as it appears that they have an LLC that leases vacations rentals. Overall, an excellent unit and would return.

easy to walk to restaurants and trails. pool was open and building and area were clean and quiet. check in was a little confusing as there were two lock boxes for this unit with different codes and I only found the one I didn't have the code for. I called the PM and was provided the code, so no big deal, but it could be set less confusing.

Great location VERY close to the gondolas. Clean apartment, quiet complex, hot water, comfortable beds, plenty of room, easy check in - everything you could ask for. I highly recommend this place, and would stay there again.

Property is wonderful. I have stayed at 3 units in Red Hawk Lodge and this does not disappoint. Very clean and great view of ski mountain and runs. Beds are comfortable and furniture is in excellent condition. Dish network gives you many options for the TV. On a sunny afternoon, it is pleasant to sit on deck and watch the skiers wrap up their day on the slopes or watch the sun set. It is a very short walk (maybe less than 200 yards) to the gondola and ticket office from this unit. The red wagons that are scattered around make it easy to get your gear to and from the gondola although with such a short walk we rarely used them. The gondola station has lockers and bathrooms and a guest services station to handle any other issues with your skiing. I will return to this unit. It is wonderful.

Perfect lication
My wife and I were taking our kids for their first Colorado ski trip. This condo is perfectly located. We had a quick walk each day to the gondola and the village. The condo was the perfect amount of space for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub each night (although the fire pit was always locked and only one hot tub worked each time). The ski locker was an added plus to store our skis each day. We loved having the wagons to transport our equipment to the gondola. We had perfect ski weather.
