Parking
1 unassigned parking spot in the garage plus 1 unassigned parking spot in the surface lot. Parking of motor homes, vehicles with tandem axles, trailers of all types, boats, ATV's, or any similar vehicle are permitted to park in the exterior lot for a maximum of 4 nights between May 1st and November 15th provided that they only occupy a maximum of 2 parking spots.
