Lovely home, 287 Marsh Cove, not previously available on the rental market, in a quiet, secluded neighborhood with plenty of privacy and space, great marsh views too! This home is perfect for a large family or two families to share! It has THREE bedrooms with king beds and private baths and the fourth bedroom has one set of twin bunks and a single twin for the kids to share. All four bathrooms are beautiful and updated with large glass door walk in showers. The spacious master bath of course is exquisite with a large tub as well.

The kitchen is the heart of the home and that's definitely true for this home! The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and counter space for preparing the family meals. There is also a bartop for seating and a separate bar area with its own storage and counter space. Dining table seats 6 comfortably with room for 4 more at the bar top just behind.

The comfortable living room has plenty of seating and there is a den/family room area for the teens and kids to hang out, definitely plenty of room in the home to spread out! The home would make a great golfers or tennis player getaway as well, not too far from any of the golf and tennis amenities and a great spot for a girls weekend trip!

The home does come equipped with a small office area if you need to take work with you on vacation and a large laundry room. It also has three separate outdoor areas to enjoy! A large screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee and prepare for the day, a large deck for sunbathing, and a paved patio with plenty of seating and a gas grill, the perfect spot to unwind after your day on the island and grill up dinner!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Kiawah Holiday Vacation
Outstanding holiday stay at our favorite area in the south (Kiawah Island). We have been visiting the island for over 25 years and it never lets us down. The house and property were beautiful, they had the best equipped kitchen we have ever had with a rental property. If I could give 6 stars I would. The only suggestion I could make would be to repair the outdoor grill. Great property.

Kiawah Half Marathon Weekend!
Excellent house for family or group of friends running the race! The Kiawah races are so organized, efficient & fun anyway - and this house is just a few steps from mile 5 of the course where you can cheer your racers on! The house has a great kitchen - the only half star I’m giving in this review is bc of a few unclean dishes in the kitchen (probably no fault of the owner, just negligent previous guests). Grill & patio were awesome for a post-race cookout; great sleeping accommodations & big bathrooms! Would definitely stay again - and hopefully longer than just the weekend, which we are grateful y'all accommodated us just the two nights we needed! Thank you😊❤️ Note: Front door is very challenging to open - but don’t give up on it.

Front door definitely needs fixing. Screen door needs replacing on porch. Drapes were awful in master bedroom. Needs replacing or at least fixed. Gives an impression of neglect. House is great for large families and very well equipped kitchen. An available pool would have been a very nice addition. Sorry but you asked. We all enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. Been there many times just not in that area. We had a great time tho.

Didn’t want to come home!
Two families stayed at this lovely, spacious home for a week. We all absolutely loved the home and Kiawah Island! The home itself was more than big enough for 9 people and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen was superb. Kiawah Island is a quiet community, just what we were looking for. We used VayK and rented bikes, a small trailer, and some beach boards. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and around the lovely island. We also used Island Beach Services to set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us each day. What a treat!! The beach is about a 10-15 minutes bike ride or you could also drive and park about a 5 minute walk away from the beach. Boardwalk 40 is the closest to the house. Charleston is an easy drive from Kiawah Island and we loved visiting there a couple of days and really enjoyed the walking tours. There are so many great places to eat in Charleston…our favorite was Poogan’s Porch. There’s also a lot of great restaurants in and near Kiawah. The Salty Dog was a favorite. All in all, one of our all-time favorite vacations!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Lots of Space
Rented the property for 6 adults and 4 children (ages 6 to 12). Plenty of space; we never felt cramped. Very nicely furnished with well stocked kitchen. The outdoor seating was wet and coated in pollen (probably just needs to be covered when not in use), the elevator's a bit quirky, and the door to the screen porch is a bit difficult to use. But the amount of space, furnishings, quality bathrooms, multiple TV rooms, well-equipped kitchen, tankless hot water, and other features far surpass the minor inconveniences mentioned above. Also, the owners' service was excellent. Prior to arrival, they responded quickly and completely to our questions. There was also an island-wide power surge during our stay that affected the upstairs A/C. We had a tech out to check the house that same afternoon. Overall, we had a great experience and would return to this property.

Spacious Property with Multiple Amenities
This spacious home offers ample space for 3 adult couples with private bathrooms for each of the 3 large bedrooms, a dedicated kids room (4 bunk beds) with an attached bathroom, and a loft area for kids to relax leaving the downstairs living area for adults to enjoy. A large screened in deck with seating, open patio with seating, small fire pit, a grill, and a large garage for storing bikes, kayaks, and beach gear keeping them secure and out of the weather. The elevator provides an easy way to bring heavier items inside through the garage entrance into the kitchen. While direct beach access isn't available public parking/access for the beach is nearby and is also a short ride via bikes. A less than 10min car ride can get you to a County Park beach access on the island ($10 per car per day) and offers changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a snack bar. If you like kayaking tours are available at Mingo Point and you can also launch your own kayak from this location ($5 a day or $25 for a week) and they have an area available to clean your gear after your outing as well. Lots to do on the island alone so it's worth reading up on Kiawah before your trip including the nearby shopping center.

Awesome house
The house was very comfortable and I love having some utensils in the kitchen for cooking. We only had issues with two doorknobs, however, somebody came fixed them. We also had difficulty finding out how to lock the Feench doors in the back. Overall, I love the house.
