The pool was supposed to be heated but it was definitely not. The one room in the group the key wouldn’t work and then they moved her to another room where the heat didn’t work! No breakfast unless you paid. The man behind the counter literally couldn’t make a complete sentence without forgetting what he was trying to say. Definitely will not start again

our condo was oceanfront, had two large sliding doors with beautiful views. staff was exceptional friendly. would definitely go back there again!! can't think of anything I didn't like

Awesome Birthday
It was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had! Everything was awesome from start to finish. Hotel was clean and convenient to all points of interest. Watching dolphins from your private balcony was off the hook. The staff Ed EJ and Maryann were very knowledgeable about the area and offered suggestions for dining and attractions.
