My young sons and I stayed four nights. The Staff - in particular Stephanie at the desk and the young lady serving breakfast by the name of Kathy - made our stay memorable and special. Both were very helpful suggesting places to see, what not to miss and places to dine. They added to our stay immensley with their expertise and knowledge. Add in the heated pool, the clean and well appointed room, the beach access directly behind the hotel. If ever we return we will happily stay again at Shutters on the Banks.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was small and cramped but clean. The breakfast area was clean and the variety of food was good. There is a sitting area off of the main lobby that was very enjoyable while we enjoyed a hot cup of coffee. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and certainly recommend it to other guests.
