Rooms weren't clean, but signs stated if we didnt leave the room spotless we'd be charged $150 cleaning fees. Ceiling fan old an rusted, didnt work, shower taps falling off, drains stunk like someone had pooped in them. Friendly couple in the reception area even if they were painting when we arrived. Clean grounds. Would stay again if i had to, but not on my first list

Place was dirty and you have to call reception to book in , outside was filthy and people smoking in the rooms you could smell it also bed was so uncomfortable and disappointing let’s face it you pay nothing you get nothing the place was really grubby I strongly suggest to steer clear of this hotel

This is by far the worst motel in Kingaroy. The motel area and the room was extremely dirty, dead bugs all throughout the bathroom. The furniture is dated and in need of replacement.

Roomy motel. Easy access for luggage. Some power points not working in the morning. Possum noises in the ceiling. Despite a few issues enjoyed the stay. Probably overpriced.

Even though I arrived later than 7pm, the staff had contact details for me to get access to my room safely. The room was well spaced with enough beds and very comfortable. Only drawback was the lack of blackout curtains but since I was already waking up early, this was not a huge issue. However, if you're tired and need a sleep in, I'd recommend and eye mask! Great value and close to the places I needed to attend. Thanks heaps!

The floor felt sticky. The bathroom was well past overdue for an update. Arms of chairs very grimy. Gaps (including missing section) in venetian blinds, affected privacy, especially since the area outside is open to anyone.

Only booked here because the web page said room service was available. IT IS NOT. Room was dirty, blanket on bed disgusting. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in room 4. After my shower I walked in bare feet across the room, and after ten or so slimey slippery steps the soles of my feet were very dirty again. The floor had obviously not been mopped with clean water in a very long time. The bed mattress was totally collapsed in the middle, with springs poking into our midriff. The window opens to a noisy neighbour who partied into the evening with every word audible. We are travelling for several consecutive days through QLD, and this has been by far our worst experience.
