The Llano Lake House is located at Rio Vista Resort and RV Park in the Texas Hill Country on beautiful constant level Lake LBJ. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath house with a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size beds in the other 2 rooms. There is a spacious kitchen with breakfast table in it and a large dining room table in the dining room. In the living room area, there is a sofa bed, another sofa, a coffee table, and a fireplace. Out back, you will find a large patio with plenty of nice patio furniture, a grill, and best of all, amazing views of Lake LBJ. Included in your stay at the Llano Lake House is a boat slip and access to all of the amenities of Rio Vista Resort and RV Park. Some of these include a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, boat ramp, mini golf, splash pad, playground, and more.

This house has unparalleled views of the best part of Lake LBJ, the confluence of the Colorado and Llano Rivers.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private furnished balcony/patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

House was good surrounding descriptions not accurate at all
The listing of property and surrounding area was not as described. Little to no privacy. Dock is in pieces with no ladder to get in and out of water. BBQ pit was not usable. House was clean and staff was nice.
