Spout on bath falling out of the wall. Cold air coming in around door and heater took half the night to warm up the room. To top it off the fire alarm started going off at 3am

Very disappointed
I gave this hotel an overall rating of one star. Not because I stayed there and was not satisfied with the room, but because the hotel refused to let us stay there. I booked it through hotels.com and after a long day at the hospital with a sick loved one I was told I couldn’t stay there because I didn’t live 60 or more miles from the hotel. I live 57 miles away. We were informed this by a very unapologetic young man that examined my ID for several minutes and then told us we couldn’t stay there. We left and had to find another hotel late that night. I assumed that I wouldn’t be charged since I had not paid for the room, but instead we were charged. I called the number from the email, which turned out to be Red Roof Inn. The lady that answered told me I would have to contact hotels.com even though red roof inn had charged me. After searching for a number for hotels.com, which evidently doesn’t exist, I found a chat box and was able to speak to someone and supposedly am supposed to get a refund. I hope I do get the refund but overall I’m very disappointed with red roof inn and hotels.com. What kind of hotel refuses to let someone stay because they don’t live far enough away. We were only told that this was their policy and no other reason or excuse was given. I’m very disappointed in the policy and the lack of human compassion. This hotel is close to a hospital and obviously we can’t depend on the red roof in so we can stay close to a loved one.

the hotel was old and needs updating. The room had huge carpet stains and smelled like smoke. If it hadn’t been so late at night when we got there we would have gone to another hotel. Would not recommend for families traveling.

Don’t book at this location
Booked for 3 nights for work.. checked in no issues. Middle of the night I get a call that they are not able to keep their end of the bargain and that I need to find another hotel for the following 2 nights.. I’m working 12hr shifts in a no cell service area so I spend the next 1.5 hrs searching for a suitable replacement that’s not gonna cost a ton. Ended up another 35-40 minutes further away from the job site turning my already 13 hr day into a 14 hr day.. I booked a week in advance just to ensure I didnt have any issues and they called at 10-1030pm to cancel on me… will never recommend or stay at this location again..

We were on a 15 day road trip and we stayed at different hotels each day and this was the worst place we stayed in . The door of our room won’t lock from inside . Fridge wasn’t working. Microwave wasn’t working . The bath tub drainage was blocked. The night staff just said ‘ok’ when we said things aren’t working in our room . Nothing else .
