Convenient for those with their own transport and the rooms being on just two floors (with access to the upper one by stairs) meant that half the rooms at least were all quiet. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside and chairs are provided there for guests to sit out in good weather. Drawback for late risers is that the breakfast area is fairly small and insufficient at times for the total number of guests in the buildiing. Variety of food available is quite good though.

Very conveniently located, everything we needed was within a few minutes drive and check in and out process was quick and simple. Lots of parking available very close to the rooms which we could access through our sliding door which was nice. Our stay was a very reasonable price as well, especially considering we stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Only pitfalls were that you could easily hear the noise from the hallway and other rooms (so it was a bit loud) and our room’s bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well, which seemed odd considering the cleanliness of the rest of the room was just fine. Overall though it met all our needs and was very good value for money - would definitely stay with comfort inn again.

The room wast cleaned when we walked in. It smelled very rotten and humid smell. The toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, the towels had a bad smell to them too.

We had a service dog which is not a pet. Due to my husband who has ADHD and wanted a quieter room so we opted for a room on upper floor. We notice that this floor has no pet policy but it doesn't apply to my service dog as she was not a pet. Thought nothing of it until we arrived. The hotelier said he will proceed to "upgrade" us to ground floor because we had a pet. We kindly reminded him that the service dog was not a pet and that we wanted to keep our room booked in first place. He flatly refused. I asked if the pet rooms were all fully booked what would he do with us. He said he would ask us to leave. We refused to changed our room and guess what. The hotelier called the police! So we called the comfort Inn central number and they disagreed with this hotelier and gave us a complimentary room elsewhere saying that they will initiate internal review with this hotel. We were shocked and dismayed by this. Disgusting.
