Beautiful, but many areas for improvement
Hotel is beautiful, all new, big spaces, Room was really nice, and clean, loved the toiletries, bed was comfy. Reception wasn't very friendly, no one single smile upon my arrival, information about parking, breakfast, etc. was provided, just after asking, and in a unfriendly manner. Good luck using the elevators (2) during breakfast time, they take a long time..I used the stairs from the 7th floor. Parking?, oh yeah, underground and not included in the fee ($15), open to other people, no just hotel's guests...we arrived after midnight and there was not one single spot available...not very nice, we got charged anyways. Another detail, I made my reservation on Hotels.com, weeks ago, and tried to cancel 5 minutes later, as this location wasn't really close to my destination, the hotel did not accept to cancel and provide me with a refund after multiple tries by the agent at Hotels.com.

The hotel and the services are amazingly 👏 the issue is that very close to the hotel you have a lot of homeless which kind of scray to some level of safety and security, not sure why the city doesnt move them away from the tourists area.
