I love the wonderful view we had from the balcony and the people in the area was so friendly I love the fact that y'all had a bar and a restaurant downstairs and the lobby had very unique fish in the tanks❤️

The rooms were exceptionally quiet. We travel with our dog and he hears everything in the hotel rooms which causes him to bark. He slept soundly both nights....and so did we! The modern furnishings, storage shelves and drawers made it easy to stay organized. Bathrooms were roomy, clean and updated. My husband wants to us make this our permanent pet friendly hotel stay now whenever we visit the Outer Banks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, great location right on beach. The pool area was nice but always packed (we were there 4th of July week). The only down side is that the actual location doesn’t have much going on besides the beach. So great if you just want to relax and enjoy beach.

No water pressure in the shower during the day or night. Room had someone else’s clothes and snotty tissues on top of clothes unit. Hotel itself was nice and convenient to a lot of attractions. Fishing pier staff were completely enjoyable and fun. Bar staff and wait staff were outstanding.

The hotel was clean and the location was excellent. However I thought I paid for breakfast for two days when I reserved my room but was told I did not . And I was charged $20 on my debit card in case there would be incidentals - otherwise I’d get it returned to my account in a week. Why a week?? It only took 10 minutes for her to put the charge on my card.

We stayed at this hotel once before because they are pet friendly (including cats). It was a last-minute reservation due to our other plans being cancelled due to the hurricane. This time we got our room type choice but we were located next to/above the kitchen with loud air handlers outside (which scared our cat) and not as nice a view. But we enjoyed our stay. We went to the pool this time, which was small for a property this size but not crowded this time of year. We enjoyed the daily breakfast that came with our package. Service was great even though the staff were having to deal with working without the internet. We appreciated still having TV, as I understand TV was out at some places. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and respected our request not to come in due to our cat being scared. We enjoyed the beautiful fish tanks that looked well maintained. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed and bedding.
