Not a happy traveler.
So i made a mistake by booking this hotel after we had already passed it. I booked it in the evening, and then realized that i had made a mistake. Hotels.com checked into a potential refund since i caught the mistake within minutes of realizing my mistake, only to find out that the hotel chain will not refund since it was after checkin time. I booked after checkin time. They don't seem to care. Not sure i will ever go to a Comfort Inn again, and not sure about using hotels.com either. I do realize this was my mistake in my mapping, but give me a break.
