The hotel was really nice and the staff were great! Breakfast was good. I really appreciated having laundry facilities, although there was only one washer and one dryer, so I had to wait for someone else's clothes to finish drying before I could dry mine.

Room wasn’t prepared professionally. Door seal strip hanging almost whole foot long. I don’t understand how can the maintenance staff just leave it hanging from the door like that. Bed was not clean out from last customer. Call to front desk and said house keeper is not available after hours. No offer made to send any staff up to take the old sheet and swapped with new and clean one until I complained. I paid for room not to help cleaning up and touching someone used linen. It’s very disappointing.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Only thing was at checkin they charged us a fee to park at the hotel on top of the room fee. All the hotel we have stayed in over the years travelling this is the only hotel that has charged to park to stay at there hotel.

The staff was so helpful and polite. I could tell that they really cared about how the lobby looked and greeting everyone that walked through. The air unit in our room was not cooling, but it was quickly fixed while we were out for the day. The parking was convenient but really tight and hard to navigate a large SUV. I would book at this hotel again.
