Escaping a Hurricane!!
My daughter and I stayed there for four days following escaping the hurricane in Asheville , North Carolina. We were very surprised by some of the lack of friendliness and unprofessional Comments that were exhibited by several of the employees. We were stunned at being corrected multiple times by the lady who prepared breakfast. And one of the gentlemen from India was not friendly when we approached the front desk to ask for information and a late check out on our last day. The hotel itself was located in a wonderful place. The young lady who was cleaning rooms provided us with whatever we needed as we ask for. We asked her not to clean our room all four days in order to prevent them from having to perform extra work . We kept our room clean ourselves. We also had multiple problems with the TV in our room. We had to change rooms because the TV would not come on and when we moved rooms at least twice the TV shut down for a period of time before it came back up . Being spoken to roughly by hotel employees was the most difficult after having such a difficult experience just before we checked in.
