Lack of prefessionalism. Booked for 3 nights. Upon arrival, required to pay for all 3 nights up front. Told if checking out early, I would be refunded. Tropical depression closed national park reducing places we wanted to visit. Checked out a day early. Hotel bill shows reduction of 1 day cost but my account was never credited. Also, received email, after returning home, asking when I was going to check out. Total lack of information/communication and follow through from desk staff. I do not blame Expedia for this, but they might want to take a closer look at offering this location on their website. One good experience was this hotel offers two elevators, one in front and one in back which is a nice feature when parking in the rear of building. Pricing was fair for location and building quality. But, found business dealings rather shady.

The hotel was nice. I didn't like that we were put in a room surrounded by dogs. Yes, we did bring a dog, but our dog does not bark. Late that night and early the next morning, the other dogs barked constantly every time someone walked by the doors surrounding us. It wakes you up and if you have kids, this is a problem. I would ask for a different floor next time if I stayed. The hotel was clean and safe and the staff were friendly. It was a good place to stop.

Our room was quiet. The floor near the desk in our room was wet random, and as we were gathering our things to checkout, housekeeping came banging on our door like they were prison guards waking up the prisoners. We had five minutes left to checkout calm down.
