Hotel was comfortable in a good-sized room with great view of city, especially for the evening lights. Easy walk into city and South Bank cultural precinct. The bed wasn't the best, seemed to be springy and you tended to roll into middle.

Staff were helpful & the location is very handy. Premises though is very much overdue for a refurbishment. Our room for example had a 1970’s bathroom feel with cracked sinks and shonky plumbing fittings & shower. The net curtains were brown instead of white and the carpet floors were worn & stained.
